The Artist

Steve Dismukes is a human male currently resident in the southern part of the United Kingdom, just along the M4 motorway from London. He also created the fantasy-adventure-horror webcomic Dark Places.

Steve was born near the end of the 1970s, and has been in a continuous state of aliveness since that time. Drawing pictures has been a favourite pastime from an early age, with a particular emphasis on fantastic creatures and characters.

When not drawing he enjoys roleplaying games, videogames (generally RPG and realtime strategy, though occasionally dabbling in first-person shooters), comic books, board games, and other dorky stuff like that.
